Love, again

Heart grass
So it has been so long since I last blogged here. Sadly, work has taken a lot of my personal time and space. But I will never forget that blogging here is also a part of me.

It’s 2014 now and everything is new and has started for awhile now. I want to start the new year with love..because love, as I used to write, is anything we can think of. Love gives us motivation to kick off a new year of growing up and still staying strong. When you find no other reason to keep walking, think of love. Love is just all around you. It can be from your family, friends, your pets or that someone you always keep in your heart.

I have found mine. And I hope that you all can find your loved one, too.

Loveleave

Loveleave

So when love is on its way, everything gets out of order. That’s why it’s said that love is the most powerful force that changes everything standing on its path. People say Spring is the season of love. But to me, Autumn is often where it all seems to start. And Autumn is coming. Soon.

It was a very nice day one weekend when i saw this leave growing along the veranda of a house i visited for my work mission. The sky was clear blue, and the cold wind blow gently, making everything as if they’re in slow motion.

Teamwork

Ants

We can create an ultimate power when people join hand in hand together. When unity is the core value of the team, the potential of getting things done successfully is so high. Like all these ants, they are small but because of the power of teamwork, they can defeat the enemy that is much bigger than them.

And we also can, too, when our hearts join with our hands. Remember, when we join hand in hand, anything is possible. That’s the power of teamwork and the strength of unity.

A Dead Fish

Image

Everyone has different life and the path each of us walk on is also not the same. There is a saying that goes something like this: “Even a dead fish can go along the current.” I personally get inspired by this quote. It tells that everyone can do the same thing but it takes courage and commitment to go against the mainstream and do something that is right for us.

Is it good to follow everyone or is it better to do what is uniquely right for you? What is right for you? The answer is within you.

I took this picture during my trip to Sihanoukville, the beach paradise of Cambodia. This dead fish was carried to the beach by waves and water current.

Another Evening

Cambodia Royal Palace

It was just another evening, a quiet one. The sky was nicely blue and the wind was blowing tenderly. The weather was nice so I went around town when the evening sky turned orange.

I went to the riverside to get some fresh air but then continued my journey to the Rayal Palace just in front of the river. Birds were flying and people were happily walking around, as if they were enjoying a nice evening as i was too. As I didn’t take my camera along, I took this picture with my phone just as i was walking in front of the Royal Palace. It was a relaxing evening.

Long Way to Go

Long Way to GoWe all know that life is like an unpredictable journey. Sometimes, it gets so nice and as planned; yet, it can get so scary at times. We fall down and we get up. We get lost and we find our way back again. But remember, this is just a part of our journey. We still have long way ahead of us to go. Remember to be strong, be original and most importantly, be yourself.

I took this picture during my trip to Mondulkiri province a few years ago. It was quite long ago but it is like a blink of an eye. And now, life moves on.

On the Grass

Falling Flower

It was a beautiful sunny day. The early morning sun shone bright, but surprisingly it was not hot. It was one of those perfect days when we could just stay at the garden, sitting on the grass and feeling the nature.

I was sitting on the grass then I suddenly found these flowers. They were freshly fell from their tree but the beauty was still there.

A New Morning

Flower and bluesky

It has been a long while since I last posted. Study and work had taken most of my time away. Last several weeks ago were the hardest time in my academic life, as I had to finish my bachelor thesis. Now that it was all over and I have already submitted it, I think my academic life is practically over.

There are still many things ahead in life. There are always a new beginning to start, a new step to take, a new goal to make or higher standard in life to set. Life is a never-ending adventure if you still have the courage to move on.

Like in this picture, every new morning is a new start. It is a new beginning of the day. It is when life come to motion. I took this picture the next morning after I submitted my thesis. It was a beautiful day for me. It was a new start.

Time-killer

Cheese

Chess but I call it time-killer. People said that time is money and that every second counts. They said time changes everything. But to me, i think time makes everything change. Time is an inevitable force that never gets weak or stop. Yet, we waste time and we take time for granted. When it is “too late”, we surprisingly realize that TIME is OVER.

I took this picture while I was helping a friend of mine doing a thesis. We are all racing against time as our deadline is approaching.

The Remaining One

The remaining one

While everything seems to go wrong, do not lose hope yet. Take another step, walk another extra mile or take another deep breath. There may be a way out. Be strong and have courage.

Like this flower. When all the surrounding flowers dried up, it does not only still survive but grow, freshly and beautifully.

Again, be strong and have the courage. You are all the remaining one and i hope i am too.
